The chosen site, instead called " Roussigny in the town of Saint Ulphace (72320), on the edge of the Perche hills, is remarkable in several respects:
- An exceptional geographical location and environment.
- An interesting building complex and architecture.
The site is both easily accessible since it is located 15mins from two accesses to the A11 motorway allowing Paris to be reached in 1h30, and at the same time relatively isolated, outside the small village of Saint Ulphace.












A place to live...
Located next to the main house, the accommodation space is comfortable and can accommodate groups of around twenty people.
Directly open to the valley, this space is friendly and relaxing.
Larger groups can be accommodated in neighboring accommodation structures (guest houses, gîtes, etc.) and meals are cooked by very high quality local caterers.
Grace with aid from the Region, Europe and the department, the old 19th century stables century have been converted into a totally autonomous accommodation space.

A small concert hall, equipped with sound and light with good equipment.
This room with a capacity of around 70-80 people is set up in the property's old barn.
Equipped with a 6 mx 8 m dance floor, it has excellent acoustics.
The sound and light control is installed on a large mezzanine and allows the total use of space.
A large room upstairs of 70m2 is converted into a projection room, two rooms, 40 and 30 m2 located on the ground floor, the "dressing rooms" of 80m2 located above the workshop, are dedicated to the different activities course or meeting offered. And then a pretty circus tent that can accommodate between 200 and 300 people.
Everywhere on the property, charming little corners in nature, allow you to isolate yourself, work, and even to offer small concerts, readings...

The property is located on the promontory of a small hill overlooking a mainly agricultural valley, it extends over a little over one hectare and includes a wood on more than a third of its surface in its western part.
This unspoiled, green and calm natural setting is a real invitation to relaxation, reflection and creation.
